- No one will force candidates to accept the terms and conditions offered by the client during the interview. Candidates are free to accept or decline the offer.
- If a candidate wishes to leave or resign from a job, neither the client nor the agency has the right to prevent them from doing so.
- Candidates can withdraw their passports at any time.

- All employees must be paid their salaries on time.
- Clients or agencies do not have the right to force employees to work beyond their duty hours. All candidates are entitled to one day off per week.
