Exploitation Policy

Fighting exploitation is the primary goal of LEADS STAFFING SOLUTIONS. We ensure the highest level of transparency and fairness throughout the recruitment process.

Transparent Recruitment Process:

  • Clear Recruitment Details: All candidates are shown comprehensive recruitment details signed by the CMD to ensure transparency.
  • Government-Regulated Charges: Candidates are informed about recruitment charges set by the Government of Nepal. If the recruitment is free, this is communicated verbally and in writing
  • Reporting Exploitation: Candidates are encouraged to report to LEADS STAFFING SOLUTIONS Management if anyone demands additional money for free recruitment or charges more than allowed by the Government of Nepal. LEADS STAFFING SOLUTIONS terminates people involved in taking additional money.
  • Group Briefing: Candidates are briefed about exploitation, free recruitment, and recruitment charges. This is reiterated three times by Vice-President, General Manager, and Operation Manager. Senior Managers investigate reports and report to CEO or CMD. Strict action is taken, and money is returned to the candidate before departure.
